Preparing Images for Competition
Below are links to PDF documents with instructions for entering images into SRPS competitions.
You need to be familiar with this information before entering images. Some important information changed as of February 2009 and a new online entry system was implemented in June, 2009.

If you have additional questions about preparing images or submitting them to the online system, be sure to read the Frequently Asked Questions document (below). It explains image sizes and borders and tells you how to change or resubmit competition entries if you make a mistake when you enter an image.

Depending on your browser, PDF documents may behave differently. Most of you should see the document open on your screen (after a short wait for it to download) and you may then go to the top menu bar and click on File > Print or File > Save. Use the browser’s back arrow to return to the club web site.
Your results may vary. With Firefox on a Mac, you have a preference to open a PDF in Preview or just save it to the computer without viewing it. If you are getting this latter situation, go to Preferences, Applications and scroll down to Portable Document Format. Under Action (on the right of the window) choose Use Preview.
If you can’t open the PDF document you will need to download the free Adobe
Reader utility. (If the proper version is not displayed for your operating system, click the link "Different Language or Operating System.") Once you have installed Adobe Reader, you can double-click any saved PDF document to open
it for viewing or printing. (Any recent version should be sufficient to view any club
documents.)
